利用規約・プライバシーポリシー
本ページは、PhotoCo（以下「本アプリ」）の利用規約およびプライバシーポリシーを定めるものです。ご利用前に必ずご一読ください。
本アプリはGoogle AdMobによる広告表示を行い、AIアドバイス機能はOpenAI APIを利用しています。
第1条（適用）
本規約は、本アプリの利用に関する一切の関係に適用されます。
第2条（禁止事項）
- 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
- 本アプリの運営を妨害する行為
- 不正アクセスや情報改ざん等の行為
- その他運営者が不適切と判断する行為
第3条（免責事項）
- 本アプリの利用により生じた損害について、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
- 本アプリの内容・機能は予告なく変更・停止される場合があります。
- 本アプリのAI機能が提供するアドバイス、情報、コンテンツの正確性、有用性、適時性について保証しません。
- AI生成コンテンツに起因するいかなる損害や問題についても、運営者は一切の責任を負いません。
- AI機能は不適切な内容や誤った情報を生成する可能性があり、ユーザーご自身の判断と責任においてAI生成コンテンツをご利用ください。
第4条（知的財産権）
本アプリに関する著作権・商標権等の知的財産権は、運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
第5条（プライバシーポリシー）
- 本アプリは、カメラ・写真ライブラリへのアクセスを行いますが、ユーザーの明示的な許可なく個人情報を収集・保存・第三者提供することはありません。
- 撮影画像はAIアドバイス機能のため外部サーバー（OpenAI API仲介サーバー）に送信されますが、画像データはアドバイス生成後に速やかに破棄されます。
- 本アプリはGoogle AdMobによる広告表示を行いますが、利用状況の解析や広告目的で個人を特定できる情報を収集しません。
- 個人情報とは、氏名、住所、電話番号、メールアドレス等、特定の個人を識別できる情報を指します。
- ユーザーがサポート問い合わせ等でメールアドレス等の個人情報を提供した場合、当該目的以外には利用しません。
- 本アプリは4歳以上のユーザーを対象としています。ただし、13歳未満のユーザーが利用する場合は保護者の同意が必要です。

第6条（規約の変更）
運営者は、必要に応じて本規約・プライバシーポリシーを変更することがあります。変更後は本ページにて速やかに告知します。

Terms of Service & Privacy Policy
This page establishes the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy for PhotoCo (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Please read this document carefully before use.
The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob and uses OpenAI API for AI advice features.
Article 1 (Application)
These terms apply to all relationships regarding the use of the App.
Article 2 (Prohibited Actions)
- Actions that violate laws or public order and morals
- Actions that interfere with the operation of the App
- Unauthorized access or information falsification
- Other actions deemed inappropriate by the operator
Article 3 (Disclaimer)
- The operator assumes no responsibility for any damages incurred through the use of the App.
- The content and functions of the App may be changed or discontinued without prior notice.
- We do not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, or timeliness of advice, information, or content provided by the AI features in the App.
- The operator assumes no responsibility for any damages or issues arising from AI-generated content.
- AI features may generate inappropriate content or incorrect information, and users should use AI-generated content at their own discretion and responsibility.
Article 4 (Intellectual Property Rights)
Copyright, trademark rights, and other intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the operator or legitimate rights holders.
Article 5 (Privacy Policy)
- The App accesses the camera and photo library but does not collect, store, or provide personal information to third parties without the user's explicit permission.
- Captured images are sent to an external server (OpenAI API intermediary server) for AI advice functionality, but image data is promptly discarded after advice generation.
- The App displays advertisements through Google AdMob but does not collect information that can identify individuals for usage analysis or advertising purposes.
- Personal information refers to information that can identify specific individuals, such as name, address, phone number, email address, etc.
- If users provide personal information such as email addresses for support inquiries, it will not be used for purposes other than the intended purpose.
- The App is intended for users aged 4 and older. However, users under 13 years of age require parental consent.

Article 6 (Changes to Terms)
The operator may change these Terms and Privacy Policy as necessary. Changes will be promptly announced on this page.
